Here are some self help tips that you can do to help alleviate the intensity and symptoms of your dental emergency.
Toothache pain will often respond well to ibuprofen or acetaminophen while you are waiting to see the dentist. If the pain you are experiencing is made worse by exposure to heat, try sipping cold water. If the pain you are experiencing is made worse by cold – try treating the area with oil of cloves. Discomfort caused by gum infections often responds well to rinsing with hot salty water.
