Financial Arrangements
At Miskovich Dental Clinic we want to help you utilize your insurance benefits while making the remaining balance affordable. Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.
We have developed the following financial options:
- Full payment in the form of cash, check, credit card or financing is due at the time of the patient’s appointment.
- We will process all insurance paperwork on behalf of a patient. However, please understand that patients are fiscally responsible for the full balance not covered by insurance.
- Cash payment in full receives an immediate 5 percent discount.
Major credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) are gladly accepted.
We understand the need of some patients to finance their dental care over an extended period of time, and since we believe cost should not be a barrier to professional dental care, our office also offers a program established through Wells Fargo Bank that offers "six months same as cash" for financed amounts up to $2,000. If all monthly payments are made on time, no interest is charged. The brief application is completed in our office and faxed to Wells Fargo. In most instances, the bank responds within 30 minutes.
